Healthy Lifestyles

Helping Youth Build Strong Bodies, Strong Minds & Strong Habits

Healthy Lifestyles programs at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Holyoke help young people develop lifelong habits that support their physical, emotional, and social well‑being. Through daily fitness, sports, wellness education, and positive decision-making support, youth learn how to make healthy choices today—and throughout their lives.

These programs are part of the national Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) commitment to ensuring that every young person is on the path to a healthy, productive, and fulfilling future.

Goal: Encourage members to adopt healthy habits, practice positive decision-making, and develop lifelong wellness skills. Aligned with Boys & Girls Clubs of America's national Healthy Lifestyles priority outcome.
